| CEO Office | Govern TQM Committee, CSR Committee, Automation & Advance Equipment Office, New Business Development Office and TP Team, responsible for setting the company’s basic policies and management directions, cross department integration and review and related matters, with a CEO for this office. |
| GMO I | Govern Human Resource Div. and Material Management Div., coordinates and consolidates resources across all departments within the group. |
| CQO Office | Integration of quality services to all SBU activities from design, planning to execution. |
| GMO II | Govern Financial Div. , Information Communication Tech. Div., Legal office and Intellectual rights office, coordinates and consolidates resources across all departments within the group. |
| Plant Technology SBU | Responsible for R&D, production, engineering and marketing and related matters of plant technology, with a president for this office. |
| EH&S Div. | Responsible for planning and supervision of the operations of all plants, work safety, environmental protection, promotion of green energy, plant expansion and related matters. |

| PCB SBU I | Responsible for PCB products manufacturing, sales, customer service, technology integration and R&D for overseas areas. |
| PCB SBU II | Responsible for PCB products manufacturing, sales, customer service, technology integration and R&D for Taiwan area. |
| IC Test SBU | Responsible for IC test and burn-in, sales, customer service, and R&D. |
